Full house remodel on a large clusters unit in Teton Pines. We did 2 phases of construction due to HOA restrictions & timelines. Phase 1: entire main living floor, all new kitchen, added a wet bar and reworked the existing fireplace. Added outdoor sauna & hot tub area. Painted all the trim so that the existing wood ceilings & floors would become more of a feature. Removed walls in the kitchen and opened up the area. Phase 2: Master suite & luxurious full bath. Created a fireplace area in the master. Added a large spa steam shower & soaking tub. Remodeled guest bathroom on main level, 3 downstairs bedrooms: all new lighting, carpet, window treatments and furniture, 2 full bathrooms and a laundry room.
